I'm off for the day -- does anyone have a translation of this bit of Latin?

Cum pervenisset beatus Andreas ad locum,
ubi crux parata erat
exclamavit dicens:
O bona crux diu desiderata
et jam concupiscenti animo praeparata
securus et gaudens venio ad te,
ita et tu exultans suscipe me discipulum ejus
qui pependit in te.

"beatus" modifies "Andreas", not "locum" (adjectives decline, after all)

When the blessed Andrew had come to the place where the cross was prepared, he cried out saying: O good cross, long desired, and now made ready for my longing soul! with great confidence and joy I come to thee; do thou then with gladness receive me, the disciple of him who hung upon thee.

I was hoping for something a bit more florid from G H Palmer, but this antiphon doesn't seem to be in the Sarum rite. There's one that starts "When blessed Andrew was come within sight of the place where the cross was prepared, he lifted up his voice and cried:" but then diverges completely.
